Born in Johannesburg in 1993 to Zimbabwean immigrants, DRAGG, also known as Lawrence Sean Sibanda, discovered the cultural, linguistic, and musical influences of both Bulawayo and Johannesburg while his parents migrated to England. Overcoming significant challenges, DRAGG’s life took an unexpected turn when he was diagnosed with severe meningitis at the age of 12, leading to a decline in his eyesight and hearing and ultimately causing complete blindness. Undeterred by these health complications, DRAGG embraced his exceptional talent for rhyming and embarked on a musical career that has seen him share stages with esteemed artists such as The Game, JLS, Wretch 32, DJ Ace, and DJ Edu.
