Gilee Raayis releases Mnandi music video with Mnandi Visuals! #MnandiMusicVideo [Watch]

Gilee Raayis released a single titled Mnandi in 2019 which was produced by Cliff@work, after months of promoting and distributing the single on various digital platforms, the artist has now dropped a music video for the single which was released on early last month on YouTube.

The single was composed simply because Gilee Raayis has a motto: Life is a celebration, which is depicted in all the scenes in the music video. The single was also inspired by the night party life of Johannesburg however, the music video was inspired by Gilee Raayis’s idea to throw a house party for his birthday.

The music video was shot on Gilee’s birthday in Pretoria, and was shot by Skye Media Entertainment. The music video displays the party life of the new generation, varying from the different ways the youth express themselves through fashion and of course music. The video is also a reminder that nothing brings together people like good music.

On the day of the shoot Gilee Raayis invited guests from all walks of life, from the Kasi as well as the suburbs, to create a sense of unity amongst diverse people.

“I wanted people to immediately get into a partying mood when they listen to Mnandi” said Gilee Raayis.
