Zuko The Don returns after a two-year hiatus to drop his hot new track, Dead or Alive, the first single off of his upcoming EP, Anomaly which is set to be released next month.
Despite not having released new music over the last two years The Don’s been playing live shows and performing with the band Dank Neighbourhood, in which time he has been putting together his long-awaited and highly anticipated debut solo EP, Anomaly.
Dead or Alive is the first offering off the EP and he comes through with a strong performance. The track is packed with power and energy and he’s certainly rapping as though he’s got a point to prove.
“I execute just like a guillotine, if you ain’t careful that’s the way that you be headed”.
The Don certainly flexes his lyrical muscles and shows off his lexical prowess with his usual double entendres and wordplay. If this is just the first taste of the EP, we can’t wait to hear what next he has in store for us.
We can officially say, it’s Don Season!
The full EP, Anomaly, is set to be released next month on 03.12. 2022.
