WTF ALUMNI, AUXCABLE DELIVERS NEWS TRAP SINGLE, NDIYA NDIYA.

Auxcable made a name for himself as part of the Durban Trap group, Witness The Funk a.k.a WTF. In the years since the group’s hiatus, he has been working behind the scenes to ensure the integrity of hip hop with his concerts, Hip Hop Is Alive.

In 2021, he was part of the SAHHA ‘21 SOTY nominated smash hit Mntase by Dr Peppa, featuring Blxckie. Moreover, the trap artist signed a deal with UGM. A deal which has enabled the producer and lyricist to drop his debut single of the year, Ndiya Ndiya.

In a continuation of not only promoting trap, but highlighting the talent from his province, Auxcable worked with Ye X 4 hitmaker, Blackie and Durban’s prides Bhut’lalakimi and 031 Choppa. Sharing the intention of the radio friendly, laid-back bop, Auxcable wrote:

“Killing multiple birds by bringing the City of Durban on one song as a means to revive its flame and keep the fire burning… Ndiya Ndiya is proof that authentic African Trap Music is alive and in safe hands.”

‘Ndiya Ndiya’ is a laid-back joint in nature that finds all artist seamlessly performing their parts, from the hook to the verses spewed, everybody is on point. It’s a definitely a party-starter type of record that not only showcases Aux Cable’s artistic ability but kind of hints at what’s to come especially after that deal announcement.

The single is available across all DSPs. Click here.
