Indigo Stella was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, which is referred to by some as the “Jungle” because of the beauty as well as the dangers that lie within it. Indigo’s upcoming debut album is titled “Interstella” and will be a longer body of work symbolising Indigo’s journey from the jungle to being around the stars and eventually becoming a star.
Her new EP “From the Jungle to the Stars” is an introduction to the Album. It is the beginning of the story of a young black female, going through a tough journey while simultaneously finding the light within herself and around her which allows her to continue to rise and shine for herself, her family, friends and the world.
With all the songs done alone, and just two features “Blxckie” and “Dee Koala” on the same song, it is clear that Indigo Stella is putting her best foot forward. Without any further ado..
