South African/Zimbabwean, UK-based rapper DRAGG drops new single ‘Prayed Up’ from his upcoming EP L.I.T [Listen]

The First single taken from DRAGG‘s EP titled “L.i.T”, due for a release 08/21/2020. The first single “Prayed Up” (Available in stores right now) delivers blistering rhymes on the social and economic situation that ordinary people find themselves negotiating, inadvertently pinpointing current culture and worldwide events. Dragg and @gTbeats wrote and produced the lion’s share of L.I.T together.

Listen Below:

Dragg has a successful ghost-writing career and is now focussing on his own music. Lawrence Sean Sibanda lost his eyesight at 12 after contracting meningitis and has gone on to write for, or share a stage with the likes of The Game, Wretch 32, Tim Westwood, JLS, Lady Leshurr, Paigey Cakey, Abel Miller, and collaborate with platinum writer/producer OD Hunte (synchs for Gillette World Sport, Coronation Street).

Dragg’s music is influenced by West Coast Hip Hop in production and attitude, and lyrically by the dope hooks and sing along-style songs of South African Kwaito. Sonically reminiscent of The Game, Zola, Stogie T, Jay-Z, Pro Kid, J. Cole and Jadakiss.
