EARLY HISTORY

Hashtag Deep is a 24 year old, talented Hip Hop musician and producer born and raised in Soweto. He studied the Academy of Sound Engineering and that’s where he picked up his production and engineering skills. 

MUSICAL CAREER

After producing for several other artists, he decided to fully focus on his solo career and he shaped the creation of his debut EP, titled ‘Colours…‘ 

The EP was entirely produced by Hashtag Deep and was lauded as an intriguing body of work by big blogs such as SlikourOn Life, HYPE Magazine and The Plug Magazine. 

He has since released new singles, with the latest being ‘Waves’, a bouncy unapologetic banger about his trials, tribulations and aims of success.”
