Just three weeks after its official release, Punchline’s debut single Party Up, Get Paid has reached the top spot on Metro FM’s Absolut Hip Hop chart with DJ Speedsta & Loot Love. After the song placed at #1 on the prestigious weekly list, Speedsta commended Punchline (which consists of Dee Xclsv, Luna Florentino, Manu WorldStar and Tony X) for the quality of music they’re producing, while Loot Love said: “well-done to you guys, you’re very, very talented”.
Party Up, Get Paid, which is the first single off Punchline’s upcoming debut album, is currently on Tshwane FM and Tuks FM’s Top 40 lists, as well as Massiv Metro’s Top 20 with Queen Azizzar. With recent playlist placements on stations including Ukhozi FM, Inanda FM, BMH Radio and DYR 105., it’s quickly gaining momentum across the country.
